Pick what you want to do

Create and secure your account

  1. Create an account with your email.
  2. Verify your email code.
  3. Set a 4-digit PIN and keep it private.
  4. Use device management if a device is lost.

Deposit into your wallet

  1. Open Deposit in your dashboard.
  2. Choose Mobile Money, card, or gift card deposit.
  3. Complete the prompt from your provider.
  4. Check Transactions for the credited record.

Send money to a RushPay user

  1. Open Transfer.
  2. Search by account number or name.
  3. Review recipient and amount.
  4. Confirm with your PIN.

Withdraw to MoMo or bank

  1. Open Withdraw.
  2. Select Mobile Money or bank.
  3. Use the bank code directory when needed.
  4. Track payout status in Transactions.

Developers

Build checkout and wallet workflows

Use RushPay API apps for merchant checkout, widget sessions, payment status checks, signed webhooks, and clear transaction references.

Checkout status guide:

  • awaiting_payment: checkout created; the customer has not started funding.
  • processing: funding started; wait for provider confirmation.
  • completed: verified success; fulfil only when status=completed and paid=true.
  • failed, cancelled, or expired: terminal; stop polling and create a new checkout if the customer should retry.

Webhooks first: RushPay sends signed payment.processing, payment.completed, payment.failed, payment.cancelled, and payment.expired events. Verify X-RushPay-Signature, return HTTP 2xx promptly, and confirm the latest status from your backend before fulfilment. Poll only as a fallback while status=pending.
