• Open Transfer and enter the recipient's 10-digit RushPay account number.
• Confirm the name shown matches who you intend to pay before you enter your PIN.
• RushPay user transfers use the fee plan advertised on the home page (for example the weekly unlimited-transfer option where applicable).

• Use Withdraw in the app to send money to your own mobile money wallet or bank account.
• For mobile money, choose the correct network (MTN, Telecel, or AirtelTigo) and double-check the phone number.
• For bank withdrawals, RushPay checks your account number against the bank using the same verification flow as the web form.
• Typical fees shown on the home page apply (for example mobile money and bank withdrawal fees). Minimum amounts may apply for bank payouts.

• Dial *920*174# to use RushPay over USSD for bank cash-out.
• If you use RushPay over USSD for bank cash-out, you will be asked for your bank's code (numeric identifier) and your account number.
• Use the searchable directory below to find your bank's code before you dial.
• If verification fails, you may be asked to type the account name manually — use the name exactly as your bank shows it.

• Only use official RushPay links (such as rushpay.cash) and the official app or USSD channel your provider lists.
• Double-check amounts and recipient details before confirming any transaction.
• If something looks wrong, stop and contact RushPay support through official channels before sending money.

• Use the RushPay API documentation for endpoint references, widget checkout setup, and webhook verification guidance.
• For checkout integrations, use the widget session flow: create payment on your server, create widget session, then initialize the widget in the browser.
• Never expose merchant API keys in client-side JavaScript or mobile app binaries.
